Mandalay provides logistics software and solutions for shipping, rail, and road transport operations, providing an operational interface that extends the logistics and terminal management systems to the physical gate environment.

Our solution provides a simple to use interface for unfamiliar, unskilled, and casual driver operators that guides them through a graphical wizard interface to select various options that are mandatory for site entry or exit for receipt and despatch of site cargo.

Mandalay provides a number of product management modules, however due to the nature of the industry, most implementations require an integration in real-time communication to a sophisticated back-end system for the transactional process to be complete. All physical site hardware that provides a barrier to entry/exit is controlled by the Mandalay system through appropriate authority in back-end system responses. Tickets are generally issued with details of loading and dispatch of cargo for the drivers.
