Mandalay Technologies has been providing intelligent solutions to the waste, quarry and logistics industries for over 13 years.
Originally founded in 1996 as Weighmaster, the company began life with a team of a few technicians who built products to meet functional requirements. The company then merged, moving forward with a new identity, "Mandalay Technologies", expanding its scope of services and enhancing its offering.
The company underwent subsequent management changes and a comprehensive review of the structure and culture of the business was conducted. The company became firmly focussed on differentiating itself through a service philosophy, partnership approach and a customer driven process.
The success of this cultural change is evidenced by the ongoing growth of the company and expansion into Australian and international markets, such as New Zealand and South Africa.
